Research Interests:
Physiological aspects of seed development, maturation, longevity, dormancy,
and germination. Current research includes the development of bioassay,
immunoassay and molecular marker tests for transgenic plants, the evaluation
of differential gene expression after frost damage in corn seed, and the
evaluation of seed quality parameters in corn and soybean seed of different
seed composition and genetic background.
