Research Interests:
My research focuses on the relationship of land use, transportation, and watershed
management. My current research agenda looks at the mix of political and policy
factors that have created and driven sprawling development patterns over the last
half century. From farmland preservation programs to watershed policy to
transportation infrastructure, planning touches agriculture in a variety of ways.
