Research Interests:
Coordinates and provides leadership for soil management and environmental programs that
support agricultural production and environmental quality in Iowa. Investigates and studies
the impact of soil management and conservation practices on water quality, soil quality,
nutrient management, and carbon storage under different tillage systems. Conducts
applied research related to tillage practices, water quality, carbon sequestration,
and nutrient management.
